The Abu Dhabi-based private property developer Bloom Properties is continuing to press ahead with construction work on another 147 villas at its Bloom Gardens neighbourhood near Khalifa Park in the capital.
Bloom, which is part of Abu Dhabi conglomerate National Holding, published a series of photographs showing construction progress at phase three of the development.
Bloom said that it had secured sales on about a third of the 147 semi-detached three, four and five bedroom villas which are only available for UAE nationals to purchase.

The first two phases of 123 and 55 villas and townhouses have already been completed at the development which is located off Salam Street close to the Sheikh Zayed Bridge. A fourth phase is also planned but was yet to be fully designed when viewed by The National in November.
At the time, the villas were being marketed for between Dh3.7 million for the smallest three-bedroom town house and Dh7.5 million for larger villas.
Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of Bloom Holding, said: “This phase is a major milestone in the completion of the master-planned community.”
