Bloom Properties has unveiled FAYA, the fourth phase of its master planned community Bloom Gardens in Abu Dhabi.
The developer said in a statement that FAYA will feature a total of 132 townhomes made up of 28 four-unit clusters and four five-unit clusters.
Bloom added that FAYA is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2017.
Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of Bloom Holding, said: "Bloom is delighted to launch FAYA in the well-established and mature Bloom Gardens community. The project demonstrates our commitment to meeting the growing demand for quality, uniquely designed residential communities with high end finishes and world-class amenities."
FAYA will offer the same amenities as Bloom Gardens Phases 1, 2 and 3, including round-the-clock security, as well as walking, running and kids play areas. Bloom Gardens will also include a polyclinic, nursery and community centre.
Set to open in the summer, the community centre will include a male and female sauna and steam rooms, a multi-functional hall and a community mosque with the capacity to hold 200 worshippers.
The centre will also host a male and female health club, a gym and swimming pools for kids and adults.
Bloom recently commenced the construction of Phase 3 ofBloom Gardens that involves the development of 147 housing units. In parallel, the company has also started the leasing of 49 well-appointed two- and three-bedroom Bloom Residences and 7,000 square meters of premium office space within Bloom Central, a 25-storey mixed-use project strategically located in the heart of Abu Dhabi city.
Bloom Holding , a subsidiary of National Holding, said it has a growing portfolio of projects within the UAE, the MENA region, Europe and the United States.
