Dubai South launches apartments for $76,000

Buyers can purchase their dream home at The Pulse, a residential project at Dubai South, for only AED280,000 ($76,000) onwards, the master developer said in a statement.

Dubai South, a Dubai government project launched in 2006, unveiled its first two real estate projects, The Pulse and The Villages, at Cityscape Global in Dubai, earlier this month.

The developer has begun the sale of its residential units at The Pulse with prices starting at AED280,000 ($76,000) onwards.

Situated in the Dubai South Residential District, The Pulse is an integrated lifestyle concept centred around a 70-metres wide, six-lane boulevard.

The portfolio of residential units up for sale include, studios, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments, as well as 2 and 3 bedroom tiered townhomes within a secure gated community, with round-the-clock facility management services.

The Pulse is located five minutes from the Expo 2020 site, in close proximity to the Al Maktoum International Airport, as well as close to key economic and entertainment zones, such as Jebel Ali and Dubai Parks and Resorts.

His Excellency Khalifa Al Zaffin, executive chairman, Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South said: “It has always been our endeavour to support and fulfil the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, as laid out in the Dubai Plan 2021 and to ensure that ultimately our country takes its place on the world stage as the happiest place to be.

“A critical step towards achieving this goal is the success of Dubai South, a city designed primarily on the happiness and well-being of its people.

“Today, we are one step closer to accomplishing our goals by offering buyers the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of purchasing their dream home in Dubai South at very competitive prices.”

The units will be ready for occupancy in 2019.
