Design contractor says foundation works are progressing on project to build more than 490 homes in Dubai Creek Harbour
The Harbour Gate residential development by Emaar on Creek Island Dubai in Dubai Creek Harbour is making substantial progress on site foundation works, it has been announced.
The project will be a high-rise development consisting of two towers with a connecting podium along with retail and townhouse opportunities.
The progress on construction was revealed by architecture and engineering consultancy SSH which was appointed by Emaar to carry out full design and construction supervision services on Harbour Gate.
Emaar Properties unveiled Harbour Gate last year, saying it will offer 491 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments.
There will also be a limited collection of six penthouses on the upper floors, while six townhouse duplex homes set on the podium pool deck level are also part of Harbour Gate.
The podium also has a pool deck, social hub, teen’s room, fitness centre and outdoor kid’s play area, outdoor kid’s splash pad, indoor kid’s play area, exercise studio space, multipurpose room and concierge service.
SSH said the Harbour Gate project will provide an “island lifestyle with an urban twist”.
