Mohammad Bin Zayed issues resolution on property registration fees

Abu Dhabi: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council on Monday issued a resolution pertaining to property registration fees and their exemption in the emirate of Abu Dhabi.

The resolution specifies that transactions exempted from payment of the registration fees include the bylaws pertaining to inheritance registration, and the registration of lands and properties dedicated for charitable purposes by bodies concerned with charitable endowments in Abu Dhabi.

Also exempted are applications by government bodies or any body that is exempted from government fees by the laws establishing them. A table accompanying the resolution specifies fees for registration, and the issuance of certificates and rendered services.
